We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, just about 2 hours away from the airport, in a secluded area surrounded by the lush jungle. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind. The service was exceptional, with room service, car hire, and a doctor on call. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The amenities were top-notch, including a beautiful swimming pool, spa and wellness center, and a wide range of dining options. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant and even had the opportunity to try a traditional dance performance. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Located in the heart of the jungle, the resort provides a perfect escape from the bustle of central Ubud. Guests are spoilt for choice with a wide variety of delicious breakfast options served by the pool, and the spacious rooms featuring impressive bathrooms create a luxurious ambiance. Enjoy a visit to the water temple, just a short walk away, or a bike ride to the famous Tegallalang Rice Terraces. the shuttle service to central Ubud provides easy access to all of its attractions.
The quality of the cushions on the deck chairs was subpar due to their being old, dirty, and moldy.

We loved the peaceful location surrounded by nature, far away from tourist areas but close to famous Rice Terraces and Mt Batur volcano. The hotel facilities including the pool and spa were great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

I spent Easter weekend at this resort and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were well-furnished and comfortable, with beautiful views of its surroundings. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service that transported guests to nearby attractions, which saved me time and money. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure guests were always comfortable during their stay.
Although the location was beautiful, it was a bit isolated and taking a taxi or shuttle was necessary to reach the nearest town. the resort's onsite restaurant was quite expensive compared to other local options.

Beautiful setting in the midst of lush gardens and surrounded by stunning temples and local communities. the staff is friendly and accommodating. the meal selection is good and the quality is great. They offer free activities to mingle with the locals.
The room needs a refurbishment as it shows its age. the room has plenty of insects like cockroaches, lizards, and geckos that can be bothersome.
